I started cooking professionally in 2008 in Chicago and was lucky enough to work at some really great restaurants as a line cook, a chef and a bread baker. When the world went into lockdown in 2020 and I was furloughed, Lorn (my wife) and I started making YouTube cooking videos from home as a way to stay connected with friends and family. A thousand subscribers turned into many many thousands, and…well…here we are. I’d like to think that my recipes are of high quality. I test them pretty rigorously.
